I’ve been sick all week with the flu
, mashaAllah, and tho I didn’t make it to the museum to work in my studio not one single day this past week, I did catch almost all of the ICJ South Africa vs Israel genocide hearings.
Toni Morrison said that “after you have freed yourself, you need to free somebody else.” South Africa is taking up this charge at the ICJ for the people of Palestine. Each one of us can free ourselves and free others in our own capacity.
Just few weeks ago a few friends of mine began working together to help a Palestinian family that by the mercy of Allah was able to make it out of Gaza into Egypt and needed a home in Cairo. They arrived to Cairo with next to nothing, but because of the tremendous generosity of my friends, their home is now my former apartment in Cairo, alhumdulilah. We sometimes perceive ourselves to be different or distant but we really are not. We are closer than we could possibly imagine. Me, my friend who owns the apartment, and now the Palestinian family who lives there – we’ve all cooked in the same kitchen, slept in the same room, looked out the same windows over the lively streets of Cairo.
Needless to say, though I’ve never met them before, I feel really connected to the Palestinian family that currently resides in my former Cairo apartment and I’d love for you to help me in supporting them. Below is the short breakdown of my available artwork so that whether you are new to buying my art or otherwise, hopefully you’ll find it easy to purchase something that fits you. A portion of your purchase amount will be shared with the family that now resides at my previous Cairo address, inshaAllah.
Here’s a complete catalog of available original artworks and signed limited edition prints. All of these artworks are framed and ready to hang. As the name suggests, for limited edition prints, only a limited number of prints will be made available for purchase.
Here’s a catalog of fine art open edition prints which are available via Saatchi. Unlike limited edition prints, open edition prints are unsigned and may be endlessly reproduced by the artist.
Here is the “about” page on my website that helps give some insight about my artwork and background.

So, if you’re interested in any of the artwork I’ve shared with you, let me know! I’d be honored for you to bring my artwork into your home or work space. If not, no worries. Feel free to keep me in mind in case you are in the future and share my work with someone who will appreciate it.
